Uralla Bowmen is a community based ABA field Archers Club. We hold fortnightly club shoots. We are always looking for new members within the New England.

Uralla Bowmen is a small, friendly group of archers based in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, in the New England High Country. 

 

We have access to a field archery range based on 25 acres of beautiful riverside bushland, only 30 minutes from Armidale. 

Field archery is one of the most enjoyable forms of archery. The health aspects of walking around in a bush environment with like minded people that enjoy the sport of Archery is a wonderful experience.

There is a structured coaching program to make sure that you will be taught the correct way to do archery so that you can have years of enjoyment with the sport, it is also a sport that can be enjoyed by all people. The variety of equipment available makes sure that all people from all walks of life can be catered for. Why not give it a go and enjoy the outdoor bush settings with friendly people.

With Field Archery there are many different divisions, based on age, and the type of equipment you use. From traditional shooters who want to keep the historical aspect of archery alive through to the most modern bows with all the technology, everyone is welcome at Uralla Bowmen. 

Our friendly experts can help out the beginner to the sport, or assist experienced archers get that competitive edge. The Uralla Bowmen team compete regularly around NSW and Australia, but if you want a fun day out in nature , we want everyone to enjoy archery at their own pace.
